Find a comfortable seated position. Close your eyes.
Let the activities of the day settle like leaves on still water.
Bring to mind three things from today you're grateful for.
They can be small - a warm cup of coffee, a kind word, a moment of peace.
Think of one person who touched your life today.
Silently thank them. Send them thoughts of peace and wellbeing.
This day is complete. You are enough.
Carry this gratitude into your dreams.
