Eye Zone Intensive

Place your index fingers under your eyebrows and gently lift while trying to close your eyes.

Repetitions: 10 times Hold: 5 seconds each </Exercise>

Apply gentle pressure to your temples while opening and closing your eyes.

Repetitions: 15 times </Exercise>

Gently trace circles around your eye socket with your ring finger. Always move from inner corner outward.

Duration: 1 minute each eye </Exercise>

Squint your lower eyelids while keeping the upper lids still. This targets the under-eye area.

Repetitions: 20 times </Exercise>

Make a V with your index and middle fingers, place them at the outer corners of your eyes, and squint.

Repetitions: 10 times Hold: 5 seconds each </Exercise>
