Neck Toner
How to perform this exercise
- Sit or stand with good posture
- Place one hand on your collarbone
- Tilt your head back and to the opposite side
- Hold the stretch for 10 seconds
- Repeat on the other side
Repetitions: 5 each side Benefits: Tightens neck skin, reduces "turkey neck"
Tips
- Move slowly and gently
- Don't overextend your neck
- Breathe deeply during the stretch
